But this should not deter you from taking passive exercise like walking or even static bike exercise. Remember any exercise is good for burning fat and losing weight. The important thing to remember is to exercise on a regular basis. Passive exercises like walking or jogging should be done on a daily basis. If you are doing vigorous exercise on a bowflex or at a gym you may only have to do it 3 times per week.
